He is the President and CEO of Lovejoy and Associates, a Professional Performance Consultancy Firm specializing in Business and Government Enrichment Consulting, Executive Performance, Information Technology, and Income Tax Services. Offering four fully functional Divisions that work together as one; Since 1985, Lovejoy & Associates has served its clientele well with principal operations in San Antonio, Texas, USA and London & Manchester, England UK.

Lovejoy and Associates’ Business and Government Enrichment Consulting division has performed many opportunity analyses on law enforcement agencies throughout the United States1, Texas, and other countries from 1985 to the present.

Currently, he serves as:

  • Commissioner, Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Education (TCLEOSE),
  • Chairman of the Board for Community First Health Services Corporation,
  • a member of the Board of Directors of Community First Health Plans,
  • a member of the Board of Directors of the National Federation of Independent Business’ (NFIB) Texas Leadership Council, and
  • a member of the Bexar County D.A.R.E. Board of Directors.

Dr. Lovejoy is very involved in various other professional, community, statewide, national, and international activities. Previously he also served as a Member of Texas Governor Rick Perry's Business Competitiveness Council. He is a dynamic public speaker, speaking on a wide range of subject matters from motivational, business, government – to simple every-day-life events.

Dr. Lovejoy and his wife, Mary, have three children, two daughters, and a son.
