TCLEOSE Courses and Course Numbers

TCLEOSE has two categories to report training: General Courses and Specific Courses.

General Courses

General course reporting numbers are those numbers used to electronically report training that is not required to be reported through a TCLEOSE training provider. These numbers are for continuing education courses and may or may not require a specific curriculum. The 5 and 6 digit courses will require a specific curriculum. The 5 digit numbers are reserved for proprietary providers, and 6 digit numbers are generally reserved for federal providers (FEMA, FLETC.) Specific Courses

Specific course reporting numbers are those numbers used to electronically report training that is required to be reported through a TCLEOSE training provider, such as legislatively mandated courses and courses that lead to a certification. These numbers include basic and continuing education courses. Please contact TCLEOSE if you have any questions about using these numbers to report training.
