The Galleria Dallas and Addison restaurant districts are a few minutes away, and the Dallas North Toll way will have you in the city center in half an hour or less.
Guest must make their reservations and pay a deposit equal to the room rate for one night plus tax (currently at 13%) at the time of making the reservation. Subject to availability, the Hotel will allow you to extend your stay up to 3 days prior and 3 days after the official meeting dates at the group rate. Any guaranteed reservation that is considered a "no show" will result in a charge of one night's room and tax to your credit card.
IMPORTANT! All reservations require a one night's deposit! Cancellation will be accepted up to 4:00 p.m. 24 hours prior to arrival. After 24 hours, a cancellation will result in a charge of one night's room and tax to your credit card.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 noon. A credit card IS REQUIRED upon checking to guarantee incidentals. Guest who do not wish to provide a credit card will be required to provide a daily cash deposit of $50.00
Reservation cut-off date is 12:01 a.m. on October 1, 2010. Room charges are at the prevailing Texas State per diem. The current rate is the standard Government rate for Dallas, subject to change by conference date. If you are exempt from either state or city occupancy tax, you must present a completed Form 12-302 along with Government identification at check-in.
