Train To Protect was chosen as our conference theme this year because today's law enforcement training coordinators face many challenges. They should:
- be dedicated to developing the skills, knowledge and service delivery of sworn and civilian employees;
- help facilitate comprehensive training to ensure our Texas citizens and visitors are provided quality public safety services while being treated with professionalism, dignity and respect.
